Justin Ryan

Justin Ryan was raised and educated in Australia and worked for six years in Japan. His academic background as Professor of Cultural Diversity in the Workplace at Crandall University, his professional work in law, finance, and education, and his international experience living and working across three continents all combine to give him a unique perspective on world cultures. 

For the last seven years, he’s been developing and delivering cross-cultural training for the Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area, and he now brings those insights to NBMC. Through this, Justin Ryan aims to help create a local society and workforce that is ready and able to help newcomers integrate successfully and become welcome, contributing, thriving members of their new community.
