Skills Launch Adult is an employability program designed for newcomers experiencing barriers to employment. During the 24-week program, participants learn about Canadian workplace culture, local labour markets, interview skills, resume building, networking, English language enhancement & much more.
Participants also receive wellness coaching, health and safety training, & work experience through a 12-week paid job placement.
