Fluently bilingual in French and English, Ben brings over 15 years of professional experience in building strong partnerships, championing inclusive communities, and leading teams. Ben recently served as Director of Education and Policy at Inclusion NB, where he had oversight for policy direction and advocacy, championing Inclusion NB’s efforts for people with an intellectual or developmental disability and their families across New Brunswick.
Ben has held education, operations, and program leadership roles at Inclusion NB since 2019, during which he has been responsible for leading teams, budgets, and serving as an active contributor to the development of the strategic plan. Prior to joining Inclusion NB, Ben held various roles with the Atlantic Lottery Corporation, the Access to Information and Privacy Commissioner of New Brunswick and the Multicultural Association of Fredericton. Having begun his career as an Employment Counsellor with the Multicultural Association of Fredericton, Ben has maintained a deep commitment to promoting and supporting the well-being and prosperity of newcomers to New Brunswick.

"His exceptional communication skills, proven track record in advocacy and stakeholder engagement, combined with his passion for promoting multiculturalism, positions him very well to guide NBMC into the future."
Ben holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University. He has also been actively involved in various community service and board roles, demonstrating his commitment to fostering inclusive communities.

"I look forward to building on the organization's legacy of promoting multiculturalism and supporting newcomers in New Brunswick with NBMC's dedicated Board and Staff team.
