NBMC hosted the annual Champions for Cultural Diversity Awards (CCDAs) gala at the Delta Hotel in Fredericton. This special evening celebrated the incredible CCDA, Legacy, and Special Recognition award winners. Since 2016, NBMC has been recognizing leaders in immigration, multiculturalism, and diversity across our province.
Special thanks to Margaret Melanson, President & CEO of Horizon Health Network, and Frédéric Finn, VP of Employee Experience at Vitalité Health Network, for sharing their health networks' initiatives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism training.
We would like to especially recognize Lisa Bamford De Gante, Executive Director of the Multicultural Association of Fredericton Inc Multicultural Association of Fredericton, for her many years of dedicated service in the settlement sector in our province. We were pleased to award her a Special Recognition Award for her service.
