Being tucked away in Grand Manan hasn’t stopped this air taxi operator from advertising their all jobs globally. As a result, for almost 40 years, they have been welcoming people of all backgrounds and nationalities to join their team and discover New Brunswick’s beauty.
Despite lacking a local settlement agency, one in five of Atlantic Charters’ employees hail from abroad.
More importantly, they go by the “1+1=3” approach, meaning that two people with two different points of view and experience who both suggest solutions can lead to a third solution that is better than either of the individual ones. They believe that fostering the inclusion of people from different backgrounds and cultures will always lead to a more successful company; a company that can be the best it can be.
