Culture Connects, NBMC’s award-winning Intercultural Competency Training (ICT) program, has therefore been designed to build the perspectives and skills necessary to engage in intercultural interactions while avoiding the pitfalls of unconscious bias. This bilingual program is delivered in the form of interactive and engaging workshops which equip employers, government officials, healthcare workers, educators and more, with the crucial foundations to create real change.
